Tomorrow is parent teacher conference day.
Stock seat de-foamed.
Stock seat nasty.
Choppy.
The mid section of the seat slides onto two stays welded to the frame.
I figured this would be a good starting point for a fairly symmetrical seat.

Good enough for now.
It lines up with the tank pretty nice and is about 1.5 - 2 inches slimmer.
Originally thought I would work the springs back in the equation but have a different idea now.
Was this project ever completed? Looking to do something similar on my CB160 and would love to see how this turned out!!
