Done the way I like 'em.
First post from Japan 2011. Things seem the same. The nights are darker. 節電...means saving electricity. Tokyo relied heavily on the Fukushima nuclear power plant for much of its energy. Lights are off in the streets. I noticed more police too. Makes riding the zipzinger at night a little scarier. I need to get one of those headlight light thingys....
